    2016

    Company foundation

    Scientific Publications is founded and begins active work in the scientific field in Ukraine, the Republic of Kazakhstan, and CIS countries.

    2017

    Expanding influence

    Scientific Publications expands the influence geographically. Researchers from more than 30 countries of the world are starting to cooperate with the organisation.

    Identity development

    Creation of a unique brand identity and company brand book.

    Partnership

    The first Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of scientometry and scientific publications was signed with the university.

    2018

    Global structure

    Scientific Publications comes under the management of the unified holding Scientific Alliance, the parent structure uniting scientific projects.

    Market leadership

    Scientific Publications is becoming the absolute leader in Eastern European countries in terms of the number of implemented scientific projects.

    2019

    New office

    The company is moving to a new headquarters in Ukraine, which becomes the largest scientific hub in Eastern Europe.

    Media launch

    Scientific Publications creates the first media outlet in Ukraine about scientometrics — Science and Metrics.

    Scientific and Educational Center

    A new Scientific and Educational Center has been launched, specializing in webinars, trainings, seminars, and conferences for researchers to inform them about the most relevant opportunities.

    Partnership with Crossref

    Scientific Publications became an official sponsor of Crossref, a company specializing in DOI registration.

2020

Scientific Publications in Kazakhstan

A Scientific Publications branch opens in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which at that time is the only distributor of scientific publishing services in the country.

Certification Centre

The company founded the Certification Centre, which became the official international certification centre for researchers under the regulatory documents of the countries in which Scientific Publications provides publishing services.

2021

Educational and training activities

More than 150 scientific events were held, which were attended by more than 20,000 researchers.

Active partnership

The company continues active cooperation with universities and scientific institutions. In 2021, about 50 partnership memoranda were signed.

Rebranding

The renewal of the name, logo, positioning, etc. marked a new stage in the development of the company.

Anniversary and plans

Scientific Publications celebrated 5 years of absolute leadership in the field of scientific and publication consulting.

The establishment of the Charitable Foundation “Scientific Alliance”

Creation of the Scientific Alliance Charitable Foundation, whose goal is to provide assistance to all those in need and to jointly create a better future. The foundation reflects the company’s core values and operates by allocating part of the funds from completed projects to charity.

2022

The company during the war

On February 24, 2022, the Russian Federation invaded Ukraine, where the company’s central office is located. From the first day of the war, Scientific Publications opposed cooperation with Russia and organized the team’s work during hostilities. Thanks to the efforts of all employees, the company continues to maintain its leading market position, provide quality services, and develop.

World Sci Publ acquisition deal

A deal was concluded between Scientific Publications and the competing brand World Sci Publ to transfer a number of assets, developments, and Kazakh-Asian infrastructure of the latter under the management of Scientific Publications.

Expansion of structure and international influence

Scientific Publications continues to develop actively! The organization is interested in the global development of science and the quality of research work, so it is working on opening branches in Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Latvia, Poland, Albania, and other countries, as well as expanding its structure in Ukraine.

2023

Educational and training activities

Throughout 2023, the Scientific and Educational Center of Scientific Publications paid special attention to educational activities. During this period, more than 100 webinars were held, devoted to current trends and topics for representatives of the scientific community.

Memorandums

The company actively develops international partnerships with universities and scientific organisations. This is confirmed by more than 50 signed memorandums of co-operation with major scientific and educational institutions in different countries. Such expansion of partnerships opens up wide opportunities for joint projects and exchange of professional experience.

Awards

The company’s professional achievements were highly rated by the expert community. Scientific Publications became a laureate of the national Ukrainian Business Award in the Business of the Year nomination and was also awarded the Quality Star honorary mark. In addition, the company entered the ranking of the most successful companies in several countries, confirming its leadership positions.

2024

Opening of a new office in Ukraine

In 2024 Scientific Publications continued to grow and opened a new office in Kyiv. This is the company's third office in Ukraine. The company does not plan to stop there and is working on opening new offices in other countries.

Opening of the first office in the Kyrgyz Republic

One of the company’s key events this year was the opening of its first office in the Kyrgyz Republic, in Bishkek. This step opened new prospects for expanding its presence in the Central Asian market. Now Scientific Publications can work more effectively with clients and provide the services they need in the shortest possible time.

Educational and training activities

In 2024, the centre continued to develop educational initiatives by organising more than 70 webinars. The events focused on current issues in science and scienceometrics.

Memorandums

In 2024, Scientific Publications paid significant attention to international cooperation, concluding more than 30 memoranda with leading universities and scientific institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other countries. This approach helps strengthen academic ties and expand partnership at the international level.

2025

Scientific and educational centre of Scientific Publications

In the first half of 2025, our scientific and educational centre held more than 60 closed seminars and webinars, as well as 10 open events accessible to everyone. In particular, the first scientometric webinar by Scientific Publications was held in Uzbekistan. The scientific and educational events also engaged scientists and researchers from various countries, including Albania, Georgia, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and others.

Strengthening international cooperation

In 2025, Scientific Publications signed a number of memoranda with foreign and Ukrainian educational institutions. This marked an important stage in expanding the company’s international presence and strengthening its partnerships. In particular, agreements were signed with three institutions in Azerbaijan, one university in Albania, four higher education institutions in Kyrgyzstan, one university in Kazakhstan, and two universities in Ukraine.
